In the aftermath of September 11th, the U.S. Postal Service produced a semi-postal stamp which raised money for families affected by the terrorist attacks. It celebrated the heroism of America’s first responders and the resiliency of the nation by featuring the iconic image of three firefighters raising the American flag amid the rubble of the World Trade Center. This intact sheet of 20 stamps is a wonderful way to remember the heroes of 9/11.
